About Deep Impact Diving Centre La Manga

The Deep Impact diving center was founded by Catharina Lessing and Volker Borchert in the year 1999, lies right by the shore and offers state-of-the-art equipment supplied by some of the most renowned manufacturers of diving equipment, such as Apeks, Beuchat, Scubapro or JWL - Aqualung.

We have spacious premises with a separate room for theory lessons, our own workshop, 15 complete sets of rental equipments (choose between 10 l, 12 l and 15 l tanks), two compressors / nitrox unit and a rib boat.


The boat has full first-aid-equipment including oxygen. The nearest decompression chamber is only 16 km (10 miles) away.
You can find us at the beginning of La Manga strip (Exit-Salida 18) on the med site.

From here we start our dive trips to the harbour Tomas Maestre and from there to the different dive sites, like the Marine reserve (considered by the Cousteau Foundation as the best underwater landscape in the Mediterranean sea) or one of the many wrecks we have in the area.
